Background:

The company was set up for the express purpose of offering Compliance Certification and compliance training under the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017 on a national basis. And to provide general consultancy related to the manufacture, transportation, storage, use and disposal of hazardous substances.

Directors of the Company:

WorkSafe has approved the Directors of the Company as Compliance Certifiers covering all substance classes and for all lifecycle phases of hazardous substances in common use in New Zealand.

All Directors of Compliance Certifiers Limited have many years of experience and qualifications in this field under previous legislation. They continue to enjoy consistently high rankings in customer and government surveys and have very positive and significant industry exposure.
